How much is delivery?

Shipping is free to Singapore addresses. For other destinations please see our Shipping Policy.

How do I make a bulk or custom order?

You can contact us with an urgent email at or drop us a whatsapp message directly to our sales channel and we will get back to you within the working day with a quote.

What payment mode do you accept ?

We accept any major credit card issuing banks, bank transfer & Paynow (for Singapore only).

Can I cancel my order ?

You can, before the order item is shipped. Once items are shipped, they cannot be cancelled. To add, remove items or make changes to your order before shipment, please email us. We respond promptly. For emergency cancellation, please call us directly at +65 9851 5491 immediately.

How can I check my delivery status?

You will get an email to track your order after the order has been submitted. Your delivery status will be updated to you. Before the day of delivery, a text will be sent to your mobile phone to notify you of the order’s estimated arrival time.

If I live outside of Singapore, can I still purchase and have it delivered to me?

Yes you can. Shipping fees are based on the size of order and place of delivery. We deliver worldwide.

What if I want a Whisky or a Bearbrick product that is not listed on your site ?

Drop us an email at hello@drunkenbears.sg, and we will check on the stock for you! As our stocks come and go very quickly, we are still uploading more products so they are not seen online yet.

If no one is home to receive the item, what do I do?

Our delivery services will arrange another time for the order to be delivered to you again through SMS/Whatsapp/email.

Why is my order cancelled ?

In the event where the ordered product is out of stock, we regret to inform you that the order will be cancelled. However, we will also notify you prior to this and indicate similar items or products that you can consider for purchase.
